The moment she steps out of her apartment and walks to the main road, two huge heaps of garbage greet her, grating on her nerves. "Every day we keep the waste segregated and wait for the BBMP van. But it doesn't come most of the times. Whenever the van comes, those manning it mix the segregated waste and take it away.
